Due to an extremely overbooked filing window coupled with an over 80% default rate by LPFM applicants, we will only be accepting "pre-approved" LPFM applicants as clients after the closing of window number four. We will continue to update the LPFM portion of our web site but, we will no longer be providing services beyond a basic supply of information to a majority of prospective LPFM applicants.

Unless otherwise agreed upon arrangements are made, well in advance of your
filing window, payment, in full, must be received before any actual application
preparation will begin. Please make check or money order payable to
